Those are the two cutest dudes ever! I can NOT tell you how much Julian loves the Strider bike. The Skut was a bust and we were so bummed – he refused to ride it and we were shocked. THEN he got his hands on this one and it is amazing! I had no idea that little bugger could move so fast and within one week he is coasting like a pro!

Dear T.,

Thank you for your thoughts. I look forward to our mama meet up! Let’s keep brainstorming ideas. I love the ones you shared with me already at Peet’s the other day.

Depending on the weather, I would like to put out a proposed playground/park outing this Saturday (tomorrow!) and the next Saturday too! Anytime between 9:30am-1pm or so.

Here are some places we could go. But I would love to know about some great places closer to you.

USAGE: bike riding, two play areas next to one another. One is for tots (complete with sand!) & one is for older kids.

USAGE: bike riding, play structure seems ok (haven’t tried it yet)

USAGE: bike riding, sandy beach & quite water, kites

Christine, I really feel like you are on to something, here. A regular mama’s meet-up at the park or even at Peet’s sounds WONDERFUL – and so needed. I have a few mom’s in mind that I think might also love this idea.

I overheard Billy tell my mom we would be back in Portland this summer sometime. Woot! Cammi says she will be in town early July… my hope is that it we will be there when Mz. Cammi-licious is there… I haven’t seen her in ages!
